During the course of a strange day yesterday, I did get some pics of the work in progress that is Gonzo’s Bigg Dogg Brewery. This place is growing by leaps and bounds right now.
Gonzo mentioned that they should be getting the brew system within the next couple weeks. I will have more shots when that happens. The shots I have right now show the work for the bar area and the work in the brew house. Though I don’t have a shot of it, the kitchen actually has a floor now, big changes indeed.
Time for a pint…
They are expecting to be able to seat 30 around the bar.

Absolutely, the buildout is happening fast.
I could stand to find a place at a 30-person bar right about now 😉

I was lucky enough to hang out with Gonzo at his home brewery recently. We were able to sample a few of the beers that will be brewed at the production brewery when it is up and running.
